We reserve the right for pick of any litter in our breedings. Our puppies are sold with limited registration unless we have made other arrangements with you. We reserve the right to change our mind and cancel any sale as we see fit
to do so for any reason.

AKC papers will be sent to you after you submit to us proof that your puppy has been spayed/neutered.

We will ship our puppies for the cost of 275.00 if the puppy is shipped out of Harrisburg, Pa. If your puppy has to be shipped out of Philly, Pa then the cost is 300.00

Our guarantee as of June 18, 2008 will be good for 3
years beginning at pups Birthdate. 3 year health guarantee if for SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACTS ONLY !
With FULL REGISTRATION we give 3 year health guarantee BUT, WILL NOT cover cancer or cancer related issues, there is to much risk for cancer w/o
the animal being spayed/neutered. This will cover
congenital birth defects, excluding Hernias, snared nostrils as both of these conditions are very common in the shih tzu breed. It also excludes communicable diseases, such as parvo and distemper, as these conditions can be avoided by staying away from public places, such as parks, grooming facilities, and the likes of until your puppy reaches 16-18 weeks of age.

Contract is null and void if the puppy is not kept up to date
on all vaccines, including heart worm and lymes vaccines.

Your puppy must be seen by a licensed vet within 10 business days by Pa. Law for a health check. If you do not take your puppy to your vet within 10 business day this guarantee is void. Should your puppy die of a congenital birth defect with the first 3 years of life, you will need proof from you Licensed Medical Vet, and all papers need to be sent to us along with proof of up to date vaccines and all vaccine records for proof that you kept the dog current with ALL vaccines in order to be eligible for a replacement puppy of same quality, & sex

We require a 300.00 deposit to hold a puppy of choice.
For deposits we accept personal checks from your bank
or postal money orders, no personal checks will be accepted for final payment. The balance for the puppy is to be paid in full by postal money orders or cash two week prior to picking up the puppy you are purchasing.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason, however we will apply your deposit toward another litter. So please be sure you really want a puppy. To many other good, loving homes are missed when a puppy is placed on hold. However should the said puppy become sick in our care or die you have the option to get your money back or place the deposit toward another pup.

All our Shih Tzus are AKC Registered , We only breed the Shih Tzu. We WILL NOT sell our puppies to brokers, Pet Stores or puppy mills, and we may also require references and back ground checks.

We breed top Champion bloodlines, that are show quality and good quality pet shih tzus.  Conformation and health is our first priority in our dogs and then for the beauty of the shih tzu. Prices will vary depending on show, pet, breeding quality, color, sex and size.

Our puppies get their first shots at 6 weeks of age and are also wormed by our Vet at the same time. We do not ever give our puppies their shots or wormings.

You will receive a copy of the vet check up, pedigree
toys and sample of Eukanuba Small Breed Puppy Chiot
when picking up your puppy.

Please make note that in the shih tzu breed, they are known for snorting, snoring, blowing bubbles, and mouth breathing, these conditions are normal as long as discharge is clear. We have been lucky so far not to have experienced any of these conditions except for snoring at night in some of our shih tzus. Sometimes teething will cause these symptoms and clear up as puppy grows. But it can happen that it won't clear up, in the opinion of our vet this is not acceptable for breeding quality and the animal should not be bred. We realize that every breeder has their own opinion
of this, but this is OUR opinion and we go by what our vet
feels is good for breeding. Please DO NOT buy any SHIH TZU
THAT MOUTH BREATHES, this is not a good sign.

Please note that any puppy that is mouth breathing and has pinched/snared nostrils we do not give Full Registration for we feel this is not breeding quality.
To date we have never had this problem in any of our puppies. All of our adults have nice open notrils. We agree with our Vet that breeding to get that flatest face possible is not healthy for the breed. We have experienced first hand We go by the Standard AKC specifications of the Shih Tzu breed.

We also will offer to help you place your puppy in a loving home should you not be able to care for your puppy anymore. Or if possible we may take the puppy
back.
